Terms and Conditions for PPS Club and KrisFlyer member exclusive ticket offers

 

Singapore Airlines Limited is referred to in these terms and conditions as “Singapore Airlines”.

  1. Please click here to view the Terms and Conditions of Tickets Sale and Entry.
  2. Prices are in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  3. The Pit Grandstand, Turn 1 Grandstand, Padang Combination, Padang Grandstand, Esplanade Waterfront Grandstand, Stamford Grandstand 3-day tickets are only available for purchase at SISTIC Authorised Agents in Singapore and via our microsite at www.sianightrace.com upon presentation of a valid PPS Club/KrisFlyer membership card, and is limited to a maximum of 12 tickets per member.
  4. The discounted Pit Grandstand and Turn 1 Grandstand 3-day tickets can only be purchased by an existing and valid PPS Club member. It is only available for purchase at SISTIC Authorised Agents in Singapore and via the submission of a completed booking form found on our microsite at www.sianightrace.com.
  5. KrisFlyer miles will be credited into the member’s account within 4 to 6 weeks after the race period (14-16 September 2018).
  6. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer terms and conditions.
  7. The sale period for the Regular Phase tickets/package is from 8 June 2018 to 13 August 2018 (Singapore time) respectively.
  8. Singapore Grand Prix Pte Ltd will provide members with more information on all ticket collection by email.
  9. The offers are subject to availability of promotional tickets/packages.
  10. Singapore Airlines shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect, consequential loss including death) or costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with these promotional offers. Singapore Airlines shall not be liable if the event does not take place as scheduled or at all.

Terms and Conditions for the lucky draw prize of one pair of passes to the Drivers’ Autograph Session and pre-event cocktail reception on 13 Sep 2018, Thursday

 

Singapore Airlines Limited is referred to in these terms and conditions as “Singapore Airlines”.

  1. Entry to the draw is open to all PPS Club and KrisFlyer members aged 18 years and above, residing in Singapore, as at the date of entry.
  2. To qualify for the draw, a contestant must purchase at least one of the following items by 13 August 2018 (Singapore time): Pit Grandstand 3-day ticket, Turn 1 Grandstand 3-day ticket, Padang Combination 3-day ticket, Padang Grandstand 3-day ticket, Esplanade Waterfront Grandstand 3-day tickets and Stamford Grandstand 3-day ticket.
  3. A contestant must be a PPS Club or KrisFlyer member with a valid account.
  4. The draw will take place on 31 August 2018 (Singapore time). One winner will be picked for the prize of one pair of exclusive passes to the Drivers Autograph Session and exclusive pre-event cocktail reception on 13 Sep 2018, Thursday Prize winners will be notified by phone and email, and must claim the prize by returning the signed letter of acceptance to Singapore Airlines.
  5. If for any reason whatsoever, the prize winner does not claim the prize at the time stipulated by Singapore Airlines, the prize will be forfeited. The prize has no cash value and cannot be refunded; cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
  6. Singapore Airlines’ decision is final. Singapore Airlines will not enter into correspondence regarding the draw results.
  7. Singapore Airlines shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect, consequential loss including death) or costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances as a result of, or arising out of, or in anyway connected with this promotion. Singapore Airlines shall not be liable if the Drivers Autograph Session or the pre-event cocktail reception does not take place as scheduled or at all.

Eligibility & Conditions of Sale

Flights: Packages are only available to passengers travelling on Singapore Airlines, SilkAir and/or Scoot flights except:

  • Unaccompanied passengers below 17 years of age
  • Passengers travelling on rebated and industry discounted travel and/or free air tickets

KrisFlyer Redemption & Miles: Passengers travelling on KrisFlyer redemption bookings are eligible to buy these land packages. Passengers traveling on bookings redeemed on other frequent flyer programmes are not eligible. KrisFlyer miles are accrued based on the F1 ticket category purchased. KrisFlyer miles will be credited into member’s account within 4 to 6 weeks from 16 September 2018.

Fees, Surcharges & Taxes: Airport taxes, surcharges, visa fees, sales taxes, exit charges levied by local authorities, custom duties, excess baggage charges, porter charge, personal and baggage insurance, laundry, meals, internet and all other expenses not specifically listed in the F1 Package are not included in the price, and are separately payable. Usage of facilities at some hotels such as the health centre, business centre, spa etc. may be subject to a fee. Guests are advised to check with hotels prior to use.

Payment: Full payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation / Amendment: Strictly no cancellation or amendment is allowed.

Refund of Unused Services: No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused ground transportation, accommodation, meals, F1 ticket and other inclusions.

Accommodation: Check-in time is after 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. The hotel reserves the right to charge for periods when the room is occupied before or after official check-in / check-out times.

Transportation: Unless otherwise specified, transfers are not included in the package. Shared or private transfers can be arranged at a fee.

Travel Documents: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that passports, visas and all travel documents are valid for entry into Singapore and elsewhere, if the customer has an onward journey to another destination.

Insurance: We strongly recommend that the customer purchase a Personal Travel Insurance Policy prior to the commencement of their holiday.

Responsibility: All arrangements for the provision of ground transportation, accommodation, sightseeing and other services are made by Tradewinds Tours & Travel hereinafter referred to as The Company) through appointed suppliers only. All exchange vouchers issued for, are provided upon the terms and conditions of the supplier of the services. By acceptance of such exchange vouchers the customer is deemed to have agreed to the terms & conditions. Any limitations applicable in respect of air transport as a result of the Warsaw Convention (in amended or non-amended form) will also apply for the benefit of the organizer and supplier of the services. Every customer participating in any tour shall be regarded as carrying his own risk with respect to loss or sickness, weather, strikes, war, terrorism, quarantine or acts of God. The Company shall not be held responsible for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities of tour members resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. All proper travel documents is the sole responsibilities of the customers.

Governing Law: The terms and conditions herein constitute the entire agreement amongst Tradewinds and its participating partners with you for your holiday package. This agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You will have to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. In the interpretation of these conditions, no rules of construction will apply to the disadvantage of any party on the basis that that party drafted that condition.
